Richard Stuczynski began working for the Village of Amherst in October 1984. He served the public works department, eventually becoming the Director of Public Works before retiring in late 2019. Rich as been on the Zoning Board of Appeals for over five years and in 2023, Rich joined the Village Board as a Trustee.
