Dave spent the majority of his professional career in sales and sales management for major corporate entities including Phillip Morris and Aramark Uniform. After leaving the corporate world, Dave and his wife Kris purchased a gas station/convenience store in downtown Amherst. They operated the Falcon One Stop for twelve years before retiring. In 2017, Dave joined the Village Board as a Trustee, then in May 2023, he was elected Village President.
