Meter Replacement

A scheduled water meter change needs to be done within Village households and businesses. To do this, village staff will need to enter the building and gain access to the water meter. The old meter will then simply be swapped out for a new one. There will be a temporary interruption to your water service during the process. While in the building, a water lateral materials inventory and a cross connection inspection will also be conducted. The cross connection inspection will require the assistance of the person(s) residing within the building. We anticipate the 3 items will take no longer than 30 minutes. These are Wisconsin DNR required action items and thus will need to be scheduled within a timely manner.
